Daily, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mine development plans using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight. Your role will involve conducting feasibility studies, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of mine development projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mining ventures.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight for mine planning and design.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and business growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine development, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mine development projects.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
