📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement and manage security protocols and best practices.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry standards.
• Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
