📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock management.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance to maintain reliable supply chains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP or Oracle for efficient data management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on retail or consumer goods.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
