Additionally, you will assist with table setups, assist with payments, and handle any customer inquiries or concerns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with reservations and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist with table setups and ensure the dining area is clean and presentable.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
- Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and hospitality industry.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
