As an HR Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist, you'll use industry-leading tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday to streamline your processes. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in employer branding, leveraging platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn to showcase our company as an attractive employer.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Create and maintain a strong employer brand using various platforms and tools.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to improve our recruitment and employer branding efforts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
• Manage and mentor junior HR staff to foster a strong team culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven experience using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and experience leveraging platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
