Link Royal Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Assess training needs and design customized training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
