📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical questions.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
