Lead and manage R&D projects focused on the development of innovative coating and paint formulations,Conduct research and experiments to optimize coating formulations, including binder systems, pigments, additives, and solvents,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful commercialization of new products,Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in coating formulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to source high-quality materials and technologies,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure the continued innovation and competitiveness of Jotun's product portfolio

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, particularly in the coatings and paints industry,Strong background in coating formulation, including binder systems, pigments, additives, and solvents,Proven track record of successful R&D project management and execution,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
