In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure financial targets are met.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.,Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
