📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to drive sales growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and projects.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
