Tips Industry is seeking a dedicated Safety & Facility Officer to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of our employees and visitors across multiple locations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures across all locations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Maintain and manage facility equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve facility issues promptly.,Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Monitor and maintain compliance with local and international safety regulations.,Develop and maintain safety and facility management reports and documentation.,Collaborate with management to improve safety and facility standards and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Facility Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and facility management roles.,Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Familiarity with facility management software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
