📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer relationships.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in training and developing junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
