📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of each position.,Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and other recruitment strategies.,Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.,Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
