📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee the coordination of operational activities to meet business objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records.,Provide operational support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
