As a Machine Application & Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide technical support to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect and analyze data from machinery to identify performance issues and trends
• Develop and implement strategies to improve machine efficiency and reliability
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing their machinery-related concerns
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure machinery compliance with safety and operational standards
• Utilize industry-standard software such as CATERPILLAR CMI, CATERPILLAR MineStar, and other relevant tools for data management and analysis
• Prepare and present reports on machine performance, maintenance activities, and support activities to stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in heavy equipment maintenance and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, support, or a similar role
• Certification in heavy equipment operation and maintenance (e.g., CATERPILLAR Certified Technician, Komatsu Certified Technician)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools for data management and analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
