In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your expertise will help us foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess training needs and create a learning and development plan.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning and development journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
