📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the reliability and performance of our software.,Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve software defects and issues.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that quality assurance practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.,Report on the quality of our software products to senior management and stakeholders.,Work closely with project managers to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.,Participate in code reviews and other technical activities to ensure the quality of our software code.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.,Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Experience with agile development methodologies and practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
