📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish.,Source, negotiate, and secure competitive prices for materials and supplies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure we have the right materials on hand.,Develop and implement purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and make informed decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.
