Cafe Krisna Fashion is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fashion and retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.,Strong understanding of fashion trends and the retail market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
