📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
