PT Wardhana Bintang is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
