As the Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch transportation services, including driving the Director to and from meetings, events, and other business commitments. This role requires a driver with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a similar executive driving position, and proficiency in operating a luxury vehicle. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is paramount, as you will often be the sole representative of the company in various settings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the Director, ensuring they arrive at their destinations on time and in good condition.
• Operate and maintain a luxury vehicle, ensuring it is always in optimal condition for use.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage and equipment as needed.
• Manage and organize the Director’s schedule, ensuring all appointments and commitments are met.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion, representing the company professionally in various settings.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the Director’s needs and preferences are always met.
• Keep detailed records of all trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Driver or in a similar role, with a proven track record of reliability and professionalism.
• Proficiency in operating a luxury vehicle, with a clean driving record and no major accidents in the past 3 years.
• Excellent knowledge of Jakarta Barat and the surrounding areas, with the ability to navigate efficiently and safely.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, often with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and any required certifications for operating a luxury vehicle.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
