📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity.,Manage warehouse equipment and maintain its optimal condition.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Deputy Warehouse Manager, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Familiarity with inventory control and stock management practices.,Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
