📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use and cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.,Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Experience in quality control and operational excellence.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
