📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the promotion and marketing of Sentral Anggi Cafe & Coffee products and services.
  • Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
  • Support the Brand Ambassador in organizing and participating in local events and promotions.
  • Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the café.
  • Help in the preparation and serving of coffee and food.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
  • Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Sentral Anggi Cafe & Coffee brand.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Passionate about coffee and willing to learn about our products.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of basic Indonesian language is a plus.
