🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record in cost management and contract administration.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and practices.
