📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and sales outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.,Present business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new clients.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
