📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of business analysis strategies to support our advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed business process models, use case diagrams, and data flow diagrams using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to ensure all business needs are captured accurately.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business processes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process optimization.
• Mentor and coach junior business analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the advertising or digital media industry is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
