📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform detailed financial audits and reviews of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and financial statements, providing clear and actionable insights to clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal controls testing to identify areas for improvement and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor assurance services to meet their specific needs.
• Utilize Oracle Hyperion and other audit software to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the real estate sector and industry best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and project reviews to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or assurance services, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, particularly those applicable to the real estate industry.
• Proficient in using Oracle Hyperion and other audit software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
