📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Maintain inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Manage kitchen staff and ensure a positive work environment.,Participate in culinary events and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Hold a relevant culinary certification (preferred).,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
