Seven Retail Group is seeking a dedicated Student Progress Advisor to join our Sales Education team. This role is crucial in ensuring the retention and success of our students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their career goals.

As a Student Progress Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them stay on track. You will work closely with our instructors and educational team to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Act as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and support throughout their educational journey.
• Monitor student progress and attendance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with instructors and educational team members to develop and deliver personalized learning plans for students.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education, and apply this knowledge to improve the learning experience for students.
• Assist in the development and implementation of retention strategies to reduce student attrition rates.
• Provide resources and support to students, including study materials, career guidance, and access to industry networks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a student support or education-related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in education and student retention.
