Toko Cahya Bakery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective output.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Implement and maintain production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure smooth production processes.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food production industry.,Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving production targets.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role within the food production industry is highly desirable.
