📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate costing systems and processes,Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs),Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Lead and mentor junior costing officers and financial analysts,Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing and financial analysis,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements,Proficiency in costing systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
