Bay Mart Pratama is seeking a motivated Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in various tasks, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited accounting experience to gain valuable insights into the finance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Support the accounting team in auditing and reviewing financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations.,Provide administrative support to the finance department.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and supporting documentation.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
