Moon Point Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR strategies,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
