📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
