As a Finance & Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all logistics operations run seamlessly. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about both finance and logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks and SAP.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reorder points, and supplier coordination.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Monitor and optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and logistics administration.
