📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve branch objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and evaluate branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the energy or related industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Understanding of the energy market and industry trends.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
