In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical assistance to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Backup and restore data as required to ensure data integrity and availability.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of network protocols and basic networking concepts.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
